#1 DIGITAL PATTERN

Digital patterns development in .dxf with .rul file form for software/machine compatibility with 3D software for production processes.

#2 DIGITAL PROTOTYPE

3D model development from digital patterns – defined in volumes and fit. Speeds up the production process of the garment’s prototype.

#3 VIRTUAL DEFECTING

Garment’s fit control and correction thanks to 3D Model.

#4 SIZE GRADING

Garment’s resizing based on standard grids with the application of defined rules set by the brand.

#5 PATTERN PLACEMENT

Precise Pattern disposition in order to optimize textile use and avoid waste.

 

#6 FILES FOR PRODUCTION

Concluding the prototyping phase with the delivery of the placed patterns in the relative sizes in format .dxf and its .rul required for Production.
